Do you offer custom options?
Yes, a variety of our services, from upholstery to bedding, are completely customizable so as to fit the unique design you have in mind.
What if I decide I don't want everything custom?
Customizing is not for everyone, and we are pleased to work with clients who prefer to select retail items instead. However, we would like to point out that "customized" does not necessarily mean "more expensive." In many cases, a store-bought designer item may be marked up well above the cost to create a custom order. Regardless of what route you choose, we are happy to assist you in accomplishing the look and feel you want for your home.
What if I order something custom and change my mind?
Unfortunately, custom orders are fixed and may not be cancelled. These unique orders require extra time, special products, and skilled craftsmanship in order to create an item that is uniquely specific to your tastes. For most ready-made or off-the- shelf products, these items may be returned with a restocking fee, although this depends on the manufacturer policy.
How long does it take?
Because every project is different, the time it takes to complete various tasks varies from client to client. For example, a simple Feng Shui consultation will take much less time than an entire house renovation. After taking your needs into account and beginning your project, we can provide an estimate of when the work will be completed. We can then adjust the completion date along the way, as circumstances require. Please let us know initially if you have an event or deadline, so this can be addressed at the very beginning.
Do I have to make purchase through you?
No, and if you choose to utilize our services for consultation only, a design fee of $125 per hour will be charged. If you decide to purchase through us, we will credit this design fee toward your purchase.
